Client/Applicant Agreement, Release and Waiver

The applicant hereby freely, voluntarily and without duress executes this Release under the following terms:

1. Voluntary Agreement

I, the Applicant/Client, am freely and voluntarily signing this Release. I have not been pressured or forced to sign it.

2. Release of Liability and Waiver of Claims

I hereby release, discharge, and promise not to sue All Clutter Aside and its representatives (officers, directors, employees, and volunteers) for any and all liability, claims, or demands that may arise from my participation with the services provided by All Clutter Aside.

This release covers:

● Any claim for bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death, or property damage that may result from the services provided by All Clutter Aside.

● This release holds true even if the injury or damage is caused by the negligence of All Clutter Aside or its representatives.

● I understand that All Clutter Aside is not responsible for providing financial help or assistance, including medical, health, or disability insurance, in the event I suffer an injury or illness.

● I agree that All Clutter Aside is not liable for any injuries I may sustain during the initial walk-through or the subsequent home "reset" or service.

3. Applicant’s Responsibilities and Acknowledgements

Safety and Information Sharing

● I agree to provide the volunteers with a safe working environment.

● I will inform All Clutter Aside and its volunteers of any information that could affect the volunteers’ health or safety, both before and after the initial walk-through.

● I agree to have information about my home and situation shared with potential volunteers so they can prepare for the work.

Home and Property Liability

● I agree that All Clutter Aside is not liable for any damages done to the home during the reset/service.

● I agree that All Clutter Aside is not liable for any lost or damaged items, including any discoveries made both during and after the reset/service.

● I understand that the Home Reset Event has a specific end time, and All Clutter Aside is not required to return to complete any unfinished cleaning or projects once that end time is reached.

Cleaning Products

● I am responsible for providing any specialized cleaning products that may be required for my home.

● I agree that All Clutter Aside is not liable for any allergies or illnesses I may sustain from using cleaning products we provide.

4. Photographic and Media Release

I grant All Clutter Aside the unrestricted right to use any photographs, images, video, or audio recordings made during my activities with All Clutter Aside. This includes the right to use them for promotional and other purposes without any payment to me.

5. General Terms

I agree that this Release is intended to be the broadest waiver permitted by law in the state where I live, and the laws of that state will govern this agreement. If a court finds any part of this Release to be invalid, the rest of the document will remain fully enforceable.
